Sierra Chart Support, I've been experiencing data feed connection issues with TD Ameritrade all last week and today. The Sierra Message Log Window indicates; Lost the connection with streamer. Windows error code 12002: The operation timed out. I'll send the Message Log for your analysis. (See the end of message log.) I was wondering if you could you please test the TD Ameritrade Data Feed at your site and see if you experience the same issues? I'm also wondering if TD Ameritrade did an update to there API? I noticed a new message under there TD Ameritrade API Support Forum indicating "New Streaming Transaction Notification functionality has been added". I don't have access to the site, but I assume you do. Could you validate Sierra and TDA API are in sync and/or up to date? Thanks for your outstanding support! |
