We cannot duplicate this problem. When you pressed the Cancel All button, was the parent/main order already filled? If it was not, then the child orders would definitely be canceled without any problems. If the child orders were already sent to Interactive Brokers, then they will have been canceled, but perhaps there was a problem where Interactive Brokers did not actually cancel them. You need to look at the Trade >> Trade Activity Log to see what the problem was: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php The only thing we can think of that might somehow be an issue is that the Trade Account for those orders was different than the selected account in the Trade window in Sierra Chart.
