We looked at one of these files. We have seen two cases of this before. The file is nothing but zeros. We believe this is caused by a bug in the file I/O functions in a Microsoft library or some kind of problem with third-party software running on the system which is interfering with files. In newer versions we have changed how Chartbooks are read and written. So we highly recommend updating by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.
