Originally, the CQG data feed was selected and operational; however, the connection was unreliable. We think we know what this problem most likely was from. It relates to a problem in Open SSL which Sierra Chart uses. We have worked around the issue in recent releases. Follow the instructions here to update:Software Download: Fast Update So you can use CQG without this issue.
