If there are several bars which occur at once during a chart update, they can trigger multiple orders, but they will all fill at the current price. There really should be no reason why the Signal Only Once per Bar setting will not work properly. If you were to test that setting by manually setting the Order Action cells on a Spreadsheet to TRUE and FALSE during a slow replay, you will see that it does work properly.
