This technically makes no sense whatsoever and is an imprecise explanation. Questions: When you pasted these files into the other folder, were they removed from the original folder? If so, then you must have done a cut and paste. Sierra deleted about 75% of my Charts including most of the latest stuff!!! Specifically what do you mean by this? Do you not see your Chartbooks listed in File >> Open Chartbook? This is very vague from our perspective. Also the idea there is some kind of error like this in Sierra Chart is totally and completely impossible. This is with certainty. There are also backup Chartbooks available: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File What we have to do is get a very clear understanding of exactly what you have done, and how you have come to the conclusions that you have. And furthermore, if you have made a backup of all of the files in the Sierra Chart Data folder, then obviously you now have a backup in Data Copy. If that copy has failed, and somehow resulted in the original files being deleted, that is an operating system level issue. Not with Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart has no functionality or behavior to delete Chartbooks or chart data files unless you were to manually do that through File >> Open Chartbook.
