I paid for my first month Monday Nov 13 (after free trial). No new data since that date, although the small box in upper left corner of screen is green & DF number changing by the second. I checked Global Settings, Data/Trade Service Settings -- everything seems ok. However, when I go to F5 Chart Settings, the "Data Range in File," in upper left corner of settings box -- the "To:" box is grayed at 2017-11-13 -- just the date where my data stops. Since it is gray, it won't allow me to change it. I want to use intraday Market Profile and Point&Figure charts. But I have this same problem if I just do a one-minute chart. (I know this data is not real-time -- 15 minute delay is ok.) Thanks for your help |
