You might want to try to restart your computer. Could also be caused by anti-malware software and we linked to that. You can enable the option to save the Message Log to a file. Here is the setting for this: General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) But we do not think there would be anything useful in the log for an issue like this.
