Sierra Chart crashes computer on opening chartbooks. Whole computer freezes when I open some of the chartbooks I have been using for years. Freeze won't allow to open a task manager to shutdown Sierra Chart. It does not seem to be memory/CPU related (as shown by the task manager). It is not loaded studies related (tested with & without custom studies). It is not other installed software related (tested on a fresh install as well). And it is not SC version related (tested on 1568 as well as the latest 1641). How can I troubleshoot this? Is there a log I can access?
