In the case of the YM, a tick is 1.0 which is the same as a price value of 1. The currency value per tick is not related to Attached Order offsets. We do not see any problems with the different images provided. In the last image, the offset setting in the spreadsheet matches what is shown for the Attached Order on the Trade Window.
