We have no temporary remedy. We do not even know what the exact problem even is and we may never know if we cannot reproduce it. We also do not know when we would look into this. What we would do is a basic test and if we see no problem, then there is nothing further we could do. If we start to see an increasing number of reports, then we would look more into it. This is why we say avoid Windows 10. There have been so many problems reported related to that operating system, not related to Sierra Chart but just in general, across the Internet. Based on our own experience, Microsoft has entered an era of continuously unstable software across many of their products and it is getting very concerning. So this is simply the reality, if you choose to use their newer stuff. Our recommendation is to use Windows 7, server 2008 or server 2012.
