Hi and thank you for your prompt reply, I appreciate it. This is really not an answer that I was hoping to receive. While I entirely understand that this may very well be a Microsoft problem, I have no way of approaching Microsoft to ask for a solution. They will immediately blame this on the product (Sierra) and will not investigate without a concrete proof that the issue is indeed caused by a Windows Operating System. Can you recommend any temporary remedy so I can continue operate my trading business? This is really a critical issue and not just a matter of convenience. I would sincerely appreciate any practical recommendation on how to alleviate this problem and make the platform stable while you guys working on identifying the root cause of the problem.
