Hello support, I trade through Infinity Futures and have a full Sierra package provide by them. Since this past weekend my Sierra Charts crashing on regular basis after running normally for about 10-15 min. No error messages are displayed before the crash, no slowness or any other problems are detected. CPU is only about 25% and 30%-60% memory utilization. The platform just freezes and shuts down after generating a message "Sierra Charts has stopped Responding". I am running Windows-10 Professional and the only thing that has changed over the weekend is that Microsoft has pushed down major Windows-10 update. I have tried upgrading to the latest version of Sierra but the issue is still there. Running for 10-15 min without any problem or slowness and shutting down. I am currently running Sierra version 1644.
