Gain Capital wants more details in regards to this. We could do that analysis, but really we thought that they would recognize a problem and do some testing. We would have to get the FIX log from you to check on this.

Really also, a single order ID, is sufficient. They can look to see where it was canceled and see if there was a response. This is not difficult.

Now when I enter a 1 lot order - 2 limit orders shows up. When I hit cancel - 1 cancels and the other one hangs and says pending. Then eventually times out saying "Canceling due to no order update from server. For trade account"
This indicates an order matching problem. We could not reproduce this and we did a code review, and Sierra Chart is using proper unique client order IDs. It would be unlikely that anything would be going wrong with that.
