still having issue with this i followed the instructions in that article...but i still only have data going back to Aug 22nd 2017 (for ZN futures on a 5 second chart in the new instance of SC) Data/Trade Service Settings --> Non-Tick/1-Tick Data Max Hist Intra Days is set to 300 Days Chart Settings --> DaysToLoad is set to 300, Chart Settings --> Advanced --> "Continuous Futures Contract - Back Adjusted" is selected Edit -> Delete All data and download -- does not bring in any additional data what else should i do? |
