I'm a long time user of SC (love it!) and IB.
On Friday 11/10/17 I had massive ticker symbol problems between SC & IB and was not able to use the charts for most symbols including SPY. I have never had this issues over many years, but I understand that IB has symbol and data flaws. I have now switched over to the Data Services provided by SC. The charts are now showing again - thanks! - but I like to trade from the charts and orders are not going through to IB. I'm guessing it is a problem with symbol matching but can't figure it out.

Here is a trade order for MAT - The error I get is:
