We spent some time looking at the images you have attached. In our experience, market statistics from other providers near the open are not even valid. Often they are wildly off and nonsensical. Sierra Chart will consistently deliver valid values at that time. Also the market was not even open at this time other than limited premarket trading: 8:00 AM Central Time on November 9, 2017
