The error code means: Not enough storage is available to process this command. This is an operating system level error. This is not something we can help with. It is not within the scope of our support. and on a side note, not equally as important, in the past I requested adding "cancel all orders on flat position" and it still not active yet, no rush but any idea as to when is it going to be activated?
