Could you attach the Chartbook you are using for the scan and then we will test this. At this point in time, our impression is there is some problem we need to resolve. But it is not something that really is related to the number of symbols. It is probably just a very rare occurrence that happens just because of the large numbers of symbols being loaded repetitively.
