This is not totally clear for us. What specific symbol are you referring to? What is the tick size you are seeing now? You can also use whatever tick size you want in Chart >> Chart Settings. Refer to: Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) The DOM is all over the place, price information is incorrect.
