We really do not know what to say about this. From our position, the only thing we can do is control the TLS version number. Find out from Currenex what the TLS version number is for both their market data server and their trading server and let us know and we will make sure those are correct. In regards to any certificate issues, work with Currenex on that. And just tell them the error messages you are seeing in the Sierra Chart Message Log relating to TLS.
