What is the specific symbol? In the Global Settings >> Symbol Settings, how did you specify the Additional >> Currency for that symbol? It needs to be JPY in the Symbol Settings. You do not want to use USD because you have to specify what is its own currency. Otherwise, the conversion can not possibly work because the currency is not even known.
