We believe that documentation in regards to the CTS data feed was written in the beginning when we were supporting the CTS T4 API and not their FIX API. FIX is a technically superior method of integration, but definitely does have have a potential efficiency problem with market data. It simply depends upon server load and how efficient their encoding algorithm is. And also available bandwidth on the CTS side. We will think about what description to write for CTS. But we cannot be critical of it. We can only be neutral. One thing that has consistently been the case always, is historical data delivery for CTS is slow.
