We have reviewed this symbol settings and they are correct. Although we did set a historical data multiplier for historical daily charts. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Wait for the symbol list to fill and press OK. After this you need to go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings and press Apply Global Symbol Settings. To update the Orders and Positions window, probably the easiest thing to do is to restart Sierra Chart.
