This is a reasonable possibility with this study. The Relative Volume is displayed as a Percentage, so if you have a reading of 7800, it is 7800%. This means that the volume at that bar is 78 times larger than the average of the previous 5 days volume at that same time. From what you state, if the current volume at the time period is 6250, then the average of the previous 5 days volume at that time would be 80.12 (6250 / 78 = 80.12).
