Hello, I am having exactly the same issue. When trying to activate Exchange Data Feed Connection getting: "Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 128265_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed." Could you please take a look and perhaps contact Barchart as well? (Was not sure if a new topic should be created, but as the issue seems the same, decided to use this existing one. Hope it's fine.) Regards |
