How are we supposed to answer this? You wrote the formula and you know why it is returning 1. This is for you to resolve. It is impossible for us to help with this and formula programming as you should know is not within the scope of our support whatsoever. Would assume you understand that the formula should return 0 when you want it to. And that is something you have to figure out based upon what the formula is.
