If you look at the Window >> Alerts Manager >> Alerts tab, you can see the detailed information about the chart drawing alert which may give you more of a clue as to what the issue is in your case. Also the Date-Time of the bar that triggered the alert is also shown in the alert message. So this makes it very clear as to what bar did that.
