So frustrating... I am only having this problem on my laptop and not my desktop computer... I updated like it shows and am opening new charts, workspaces and my data stops on 9/10 at 9:47am EST... I keep refreshing/reloading/updating and nothing... My other computer works fine and data is live and current. I am wondering if this has something to do with windows 8... It kind of seems like it did an update around that time. Could that be possible? Please help... Thanks Gary |
