We understand your experience with this other program, but we also have extensive experience with these kinds of issues. And it is virtually unheard of, that an issue like you are describing has an origin within Sierra Chart. Something like this is always a server-side issue or some other connectivity problem. When you notice this, go to Window>> Current Quote Window on the Trade DOM window and let us know if you see the prices stop updating there as well. The problem here, is that it occurs for such a brief time and is intermittent, that it's hard for us to get a better idea about it when it occurs. We could use remote assistance to look into the problem while you have it, but there is no time from what we can tell because it would be gone by the time we have a look at it.
