Do not manually type CQG symbols. Only select them through File >> Find Symbol. Or through the Find button in the Chart Settings window. This is not the right symbol because it contains only a single digit year: F.US.YMZ7 At this point, we are requesting that you close all of the existing Chartbooks, and reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers This is absolutely essential at this point in time to avoid conflicts. And start only with new charts, so you are only using the correct symbols. Otherwise, you need to go through each and every chart, and set the symbols correctly and make sure they are all correct and you are only using listed symbols. After that reconnect to the data feed.
