I have also attached a picture of the chart after deleting and redownloading data. As you can see it is missing data. Then I go to General Settings and deactivate Files to Open On Startup so I can open Sierra without any chartbooks. I close Sierra and reopen it. I open the chartbook which I have sent to you and it is absolutely fine without having to download anything. I delete and redownload data and again when the chartbook is the only one opened, it is fine. So maybe I can't view the data when I have many chartbooks opened, I don't know.
