I think Sierra cannot successfully download fresh data of a symbol from scratch. For example if I add an additional chartbook (7 new intraday charts) of a new symbol it will download it with incomplete data. So is the problem that Sierra Chart cannot handle too much data/intraday charts at the same time? This makes no sense to us at all and there must be some other reason. Users simply do not have problems like this. There will not be any trouble with this, unless the process were running out of memory. The problem could be related to what is documented here if you are using File >> New Instance: Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance: Historical Data and Missing Historical Data When you have all of those Chartbooks open, re-download the data of one of the charts and then provide a copy of the Message Log here.
