Hi, Just to follow up on this. As advised by Sierra Chart support, the authorisation for intraday historical and live data has been granted by CQG. We are able to see the intraday historical data for the F.US.HTS and F.US.HBS products succesfully (30 days). However, the issue now is we are unable to see the historical intraday data for F.US.HXS. Can you please help with this? Please find attached the Message Log screenshots for the success of HTS and failure of HXS. It seems like there is a connection timeout when an attempt is made to download HXS data whereas the HTS data downloads without any issue. Thanks |
