So you are saying that the data feed stops for 15 to 20 seconds and then without doing anything it just resumes? Is the Trade DOM interface in Sierra Chart frozen, meaning that you cannot interact with it? Or is it just the data feed has stopped. Have a look at the Window >> Show/Hide Message Log and see if there any messages at the time indicating that the connection has been lost or reconnected to.
