Whatever the issue is, it will be one of the items described in help topic 3: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html Possibly related (?): There was a power outage here on Saturday, and this chartbook was open in SC at the time. The system crashed and was rebooted after power restored. I would hope SC is designed not to be vulnerable to data loss in such circumstances, but this could conceivably have contributed to the problem? If you still need more help let us know.
