We did not explain this completely correctly for the automatic snapping to the nearest bar. This is the more correct explanation: When using a Drawing Tool, there is always automatic snapping of an anchor point to the nearest chart bar when moving the Pointer around the chart and when left clicking with the Pointer. There is no way to disable this.
