For me the studies this happens to is typically the "Colored Bar based on Alert Condition". In this particular chart, that study is applied to a Cumulative Study of the Ask/Bid Difference. 1. Here you can see the Yellow Arrow covers up the price bar. The settings are "Input Data=High" and "Ticks offset=0". Any Arrow size set to higher than ~4 covers the price bar. So you can see it truly isn't at the "High". http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1505744781439.png 2. Here you can see the Magenta Arrow not only covers the price bar, but the extension line covers the Value Label. The settings are "Input Data=High" and "Ticks offset=0" and "Value Label=Right Edge" . I need to see the level that the arrow goes off at. Yes, I know I could set the Value Label to the "Values Scale", but I simplified the chart a lot for your view, and that would add to already a lot of labels in the value scale.
