"Cancel All" button does not work, In general this is not possible for there to be any problem with this, unless the orders are not working any longer or the canceling of the orders is not being followed by the external trading service. Make sure you are also using the correct Trade Window. Refer to: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM I have to cancel the order by clicking on the x on the order line itself, and after cancelling it it remains visible in the DOM in a "pending cancel" state for about 30 secs even though the order does get removed from TWS immediately.
This is not unusual with Interactive Brokers. ServiceOrderID: 775. | 2017-08-18 11:41:12 OK also noticed that when the order is entered on the DOM it appears in TWS but is not transmitted, and remains in a "Sent" state on the DOM. So the order appears to never go live in TWS. Contact Interactive Brokers about this.
