When entering orders using SC (DOM) the "Cancel All" button does not work, and I have to cancel the order by clicking on the x on the order line itself, and after cancelling it it remains visible in the DOM in a "pending cancel" state for about 30 secs even though the order does get removed from TWS immediately.

I noticed in the trade service log this message

Trading message from IB: The following order "ID:775" value estimate of 116,155 USD exceeds
the Total Value Limit of 100,000 USD.
Restriction is specified in Precautionary Settings of Global Configuration/Presets. Error Code: 451. ServiceOrderID: 775. | 2017-08-18 11:41:12

Note that this should not apply as I am using futures (NQ) in this case and not shares.

I have tried using an older version of TWS and have the same problem, and have restarted SC as well.
