I have “time stamp using local time” set to false This means the incorrect timestamp is from CQG. And this is why this option exists to begin with. We have seen this problem before with CQG. Set it to True. After that re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Really the way CQG does timestamps is wrong.
