Thank you very much for your answer. It looks like I have a different problem. After I followed the procedure you advised, I am able to connect to IB services with SC, because in the left upper corner I see a green colour and I get no warning messages. HOWEVER, I don't have any IB service subscribed for live data streaming and therefore I am not able to get historical data as of Tuesday 8.8.2017. This is the date when I paid for SC streaming services, which I want to test. How to do it? How to test SC streaming with IB account? I don't want IB live data, I want SC service (but I have IB account). I paid for SC software use, I paid for exchange service and I paid for SC data feed. Can you please help? Kind regards, Roman |
