with no issues while using the Replay Chart in "accurate trading system Back test mode". But in the past week every time i run the replay in accurate back test mode the entire sierra chart freezes up and no longer responds just after it clears the previous data to begin the replay. As soon as I hit yes or even no to the pop up to clear the last data, the entire program freezes up and no longer responds. This is all we need to know. Nothing else.I have already tried removing sierra chart program completely and running a fresh install,
Never go through this procedure. First contact us. In most cases this will be just a waste of your time. Understand that you have direct contact with the engineers here. And once we are aware of a problem like this we will solve it within minutes. Reinstalling is a useless attempt at trying to solve a bug in a program that must be resolved by the developers.
