Hey guys, When I click trade/chart trade settings, the window does not appear. I can no longer click on the chart that I selected (it "dings" as when you have any other menu open and can't operate the chart while the menu is open) and I can't click on the home, main menu Sierra Chart window (same "ding"). Sometimes, and it seems random but bear with me, when I click on the other charts in the chartbook (I operate with detached chart windows exclusively, 24 of them) one of them will cause the chart trade settings menu to pop up. This isn't always however, or it may be that the chart in question belongs in another workbook, but I can't change workbooks because I can't select anything from the main home, Sierra Chart window. Any ideas? Is this a bug or does it sound normal? All other options in the trade menu work as expected. Chart DOM settings pops up the that menu immediately, General trade settings pops up that menu immediately, etc. Just the Trade/Chart Trade Settings causes issues. This is also the case when I launch the menu from the home Sierra Chart master window. Essentially I can't get to chart trade settings unless I get lucky and click around my chart windows and it pops up that time. Otherwise I have to task manager close Sierra Charts and restart to click on the chart in question or the master window. |
