This code is out of date because all Sierra Chart Service Packages include the Advanced Features now. We have removed it. As a developer, I need to have a clear understanding of when advanced feature are required. I want to make sure I know when to include this test for advanced features when developing my studies.
There has never been a need for this. All of the ACSIL functionality which has and currently is available, is available to all users.
