We recommend using the Swing High and Low study for this:
Swing High and Low

Use a Length input of 1.

This is the Alert Condition Formula you will need to use:
=OR(SG1[-1] > 0, SG2[-1] > 0)

We will document this formula more fully tomorrow. With a Length of 1, the study requires at least two bars before it can draw an arrow, so the formula must reference the prior bar.
