My FCM assured me that I am authorise for any options on cme-eurex-nymex cbot. Yes we know. This is often the case but the CQG system is indicating otherwise.Have them check again and have them contact CQG about this. The error message we saw, was the typical error indicating a symbol is not authorized due to the exchange not being active.
