Our impression is is that the Get Options button is not even enabled. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings After this, select a very specific futures contracts symbol in the File >> Find Symbol list and press the Get Options button. This button will be enabled when you have selected a specific futures contract symbol and not just the top level of the list of symbols for a particular futures market. You also have to connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. If anyone else is reading this, let us know if you can successfully use the Get Options button with CQG in the latest prerelease.
