It seems I get disconnected almost everyday and get the message that the heartbeat has not received a response in over 40 seconds.
If you are seeing messages like this, then the problem is a connectivity problem to the Rithmic server which we have no control over.

In general, we would advise to look at using another service other than Rithmic. Have a look at CQG or CTS. From a technical perspective, Rithmic is not preferred.
