Hello, I would like to change my current service package 3 to service package 5, but when I want it to do by myself there was: "A package change is not allowed on your account." So I contact my broker... everything is written in our conversation below, it starts at the bottom: __________________________________________ Hi Ondrej, That would be a great question to ask Sierra. I would go to the support board and ask this question. They are the ones that make the decision and they might be able to help you out. We are the middle person in this transaction, so going to the Sierra support board and following up would be best. Do you want to wait until later in the month to get the level 5? With your permission we can opt you out on this end if you choose. You can then opt into level 5 by changing your agreement. Let me know.
