Hello, I would like to change my current service package 3 to service package 5, but when I want it to do by myself there was:
"A package change is not allowed on your account."

So I contact my broker... everything is written in our conversation below, it starts at the bottom:

Hi Ondrej,

That would be a great question to ask Sierra. I would go to the support board and ask this question. They are the ones that make the decision and they might be able to help you out. We are the middle person in this transaction, so going to the Sierra support board and following up would be best.

I dont understand why cant Sierra even up (or deduct) the fee between package 3 and 5.

So I will wait - till which date I have to wait, Andy?

Yes, you would be paying for both. Do you want to wait until later in the month to get the level 5? This billing is to Sierra directly, so they are the one the fees go to.

I want level 5, so I am giving you a permission.

But in yesterdays statement, they charge 27 USD for September Sierra, so I would hate to pay it twice - 27 for September level 3 and 45 for Septemeber level 5.

Hi Ondrej,

You will have to opt out of your current level 3 charting and then opt into level 5. With your permission we can opt you out on this end if you choose. You can then opt into level 5 by changing your agreement. Let me know.
